This is a product-focused position where you'll sit at the intersection of professional engineering judgment and frontier AI. Your job is to translate complex mechanical systems and building standards into patterns that autonomous AI agents can execute.
You're not doing routine engineering. You're encoding your expertise into a scalable product — one that will eventually perform the QA/QC that takes MEP firms thousands of engineer-hours per year.

The Role
You'll work directly with the founders to encode mechanical engineering knowledge into AI agents, shape the product roadmap, and deliver real results to enterprise MEP clients.
What You'll Do
- • Encode industry expertise into structured logic for AI agent execution
- • Collaborate on product design, testing weekly releases to meet professional-grade standards
- • Lead technical delivery of AI-generated reports for enterprise clients
- • Conduct customer discovery with leading MEP firms
- • Identify design patterns across datasets to automate platform-level quality checks
What We're Looking For
- • 2+ years experience at construction or MEP firms
- • Demonstrated expertise in QA/QC and formal peer reviews
- • Systems-thinking ability to abstract patterns into universal engineering logic
- • Clear communication skills with inclination toward workflow automation
- • Bonus: multi-disciplinary coordination experience (mechanical, electrical, structural)
- • Bonus: familiarity with AI/ML tools or early-stage startup environments
