About the Role
This is a product-focused, customer-facing role at the intersection of architectural practice and AI. You'll translate architectural logic and building codes into autonomous AI agents, deploy them into leading architecture firms, and own the full customer success pipeline.
Your job isn't routine architecture - it's encoding your domain expertise into systems that can run QA/QC, code-compliance, and design-consistency checks at scale.
Why Join
- • YC-backed, well-funded, and already generating revenue
- • Rare combo: genuinely hard AI + a $2T industry that's barely been touched by software
- • Huge ownership - early equity, your work ships and matters from day one
- • Oxford founders - tight-knit team of 10 who care about building things properly
- • Based in NYC - join an early-stage team at the very beginning
The Role
You'll work directly with the founders to encode architectural knowledge into AI agents, ship checks end-to-end with daily production releases, and stand up customized environments inside enterprise architecture practices.
What You'll Do
- • Convert architectural objects, plan logic, and code requirements - public regulations and firm-specific standards - into structured patterns AI agents can execute
- • Prototype and deploy QA/QC checks end-to-end using Cursor and Claude Code, with daily production releases
- • Stand up customized environments and check suites inside enterprise architecture practices
- • Generalize client-specific solutions into platform-wide features
- • Run technical discovery, demos, and standards mapping, and present directly to firm leadership
What We're Looking For
- • Architecture degree with 4+ years in practice
- • Deep understanding of building code systems (IBC/IRC, local amendments, ADA, zoning, life-safety)
- • Full familiarity with the architectural workflow: SD through CDs, QA/QC cycles, RFIs, ASIs, consultant coordination
- • Proficient coding ability and git usage - able to ship features independently
- • Native AI tool usage, comfortable with model capabilities and limitations
- • Bonus: licensed architect (RA), Revit/BIM/IFC coordination, early-stage startup experience, or an existing architecture network
Compensation
Salary range
$90K - $140K
Equity range
0.10% - 1.00%
