IFC and BIM models

Not just sheets. Ask the model.

Upload an IFC model, or a Revit file, to a project and it becomes part of the reviewable record. Orbit it, isolate an element and read its property sets in the browser with nothing to install, then ask the chat about element types, counts, properties, levels and quantities.

IFC and BIM models

In IFC

Ask it the way you’d ask a colleague

Plain English in, finished work back, inside the software you already have open.

Structured

Example requests, illustrating what the IFC integration does, played on a sample model.

Key capabilities

Built for the way AEC teams actually use IFC

Once connected, the review runs against your IFC content directly: no export, no duplicate library, and every finding traceable to where it came from.

3D in the browser

Orbit, zoom, fit and jump between standard views, in perspective or orthographic. Nothing to install, so anyone on the project can open the model.

Every property, one click away

Click an element, or pick it from the model structure tree, to see its attributes and property sets. Isolate or hide it, then show everything again.

The chat queries the model

Ask in plain language about element types and counts, properties, levels and quantities, the same way you ask about a sheet. The answer comes from the model, not a summary of it.

Your data never trains the models

Project data is never part of a training set, and every organisation, pilots included, runs inside its own isolated environment.

The drawing set is a view of the model. Sometimes you need the model.

About IFC

A lot of review questions are really questions about the model: how many of a type, which ones are missing a property, what is on a level. Answering them from sheets means counting tags. Answering them from the model means asking.

Upload the IFC that the design team already exports, and the model sits beside the drawings and specs in the same project. Anyone can open it in the browser, and the chat can answer from it directly. If the model is a live Revit file, the Revit add-in goes further and can write fixes back.

Common questions about the IFC integration

IFC files, uploaded the same way as a drawing set. The platform records the schema, project information and element counts. Revit .rvt files can also be uploaded and viewed in 3D in the browser.

See it run against your own IFC.

Bring a live project and we’ll run the review on your stack, not a sample set.
