Subprocessors
These are the third parties that process customer data on behalf of Structured Software, Inc. to provide the Structured AI platform. This page is referenced from our Terms of Service.

| Anthropic | AI model provider | Document text, page images and crops, and chat content sent for each review and chat request that runs on a Claude model. |
| OpenAI | AI model provider | The same content as above, when an OpenAI model is used. |
| Google (Gemini API) | AI model provider | Page images and text during document processing, and review and chat requests that run on a Gemini model. |
| Google Cloud Document AI | Text recognition (OCR) | PDF pages and image crops sent for text recognition. |
| Autodesk Platform Services | Revit and DWG model translation and viewing | Uploaded Revit and DWG model files, translated for display and review. |
| Deepgram | Speech-to-text | Voice dictation audio, only when a user dictates into a chat box. |
| Vercel | Web application hosting | Browser requests to the application, including session cookies, page URLs and document downloads. |
| WorkOS | Sign-in for external AI app connections | Name, email and organization name when a user connects an external AI app. |
| PostHog | Product analytics | Account email and name, organization, page URLs, masked session replay and usage metadata. Prompt and chat content is not sent. |
| Resend | Transactional email | Recipient addresses and message content for emails the platform sends, such as sign-in codes and invitations. |
| Linear | Issue tracking | Support and bug reports a user submits, which may quote chat, plus submitter name and email. |
| Stripe | Payment processing | Billing contact email, organization name and subscription events. Card details go to Stripe directly. |
| Mercury | Invoicing for enterprise contracts | Billing contact email, company name and invoice details. |
Some subprocessors process data outside the United States. We may update this list from time to time, and the date above shows when it last changed. Our AI model providers process Customer Content under zero data retention terms, and none of them trains on it; see Section 7(i) of the Terms. Questions: info@getstructured.ai.
