Egnyte

Link the Egnyte folder once. The set stays current.

Many AEC firms run their project files on Egnyte. Link the folder that holds the drawings and Structured AI imports its PDFs, subfolders included, then keeps them up to date as your team saves new versions.

Egnyte

Key capabilities

Built for the way AEC teams actually use Egnyte

Once connected, the review runs against your Egnyte content directly: no export, no duplicate library, and every finding traceable to where it came from.

Link a folder, not a file

Browse to the project folder in Egnyte and link it. Every PDF in it and its subfolders comes into the project, organised the way your folders already are.

New versions, kept in order

When someone saves a new version in Egnyte, it joins that drawing’s version history in Structured AI automatically, so reviews run against the current set.

Read-only in Egnyte

Structured AI reads from Egnyte and never changes or deletes anything there. Disconnecting revokes its access in Egnyte.

Every finding is cited

Each finding lands on its exact sheet with the reasoning attached, so an engineer can confirm or dismiss it in seconds rather than reopening the set.

The review is only as good as the version of the set it ran on.

About Egnyte

On a live project the drawings change every week. A review run on last Tuesday’s download is already out of date, and someone has to remember to upload the new sheets before the next one.

Linking the Egnyte folder removes that step. The folder your team already saves to becomes the source, and each new version arrives in Structured AI on its own.

Common questions about the Egnyte integration

No. It only reads from the folders you link. It never edits, moves or deletes files in Egnyte.

See it run against your own Egnyte.

Bring a live project and we’ll run the review on your stack, not a sample set.
