Microsoft Outlook
The half of the project record that lives in your inbox.
Transmittals, RFI responses, the revised detail somebody sent as a reply-all attachment: a large part of what was actually agreed on a project never makes it out of Outlook. Structured AI reads it and reconciles it against the drawing set.

Key capabilities
Built for the way AEC teams actually use Outlook
Once connected, the review runs against your Outlook content directly: no export, no duplicate library, and every finding traceable to where it came from.
Book a DemoThreads, read as a record
A forty-message chain gets read as one document, so the decision at the end is connected to the question at the start.
Attachments three replies deep
The revised sketch attached to a reply is part of the set. Structured AI pulls attachments out of the thread and reads them alongside the drawings.
Every finding is cited
Each finding lands on its exact message and sheet with the reasoning attached, so an engineer can confirm or dismiss it in seconds rather than reopening the set.
Your data never trains the models
Project data is never part of a training set, and every organisation, pilots included, runs inside its own isolated environment.
The drawing says one thing. The email said another. Only one of them is on the set.
About Outlook
Design decisions get made in email and then, sometimes, get drawn. The gap between those two events is where a surprising number of construction issues start: a change agreed in a thread, never picked up on the sheet, discovered on site.
Reading the correspondence alongside the drawings closes that gap. The review can see that a detail was revised in a reply and that the plan still shows the old condition, which is a question worth asking before the package is issued.

Common questions about the Outlook integration
Scope is set with your IT team during onboarding, and is normally limited to the project correspondence you want reviewed rather than a whole tenancy.
See it run against your own Outlook.
Bring a live project and we’ll run the review on your stack, not a sample set.
